What a great way to treat your guests to a day at the Sanctuary culminating in an impressive wood fired BBQ for lunch or dinner. The Brolga Room has brilliant green lawns sprawling under towering gums, inside we can seat 100 guests, marquees can accommodate more.
The showpiece of this BBQ is our enormous wood fired grill which flame grills the fabulous meats & fish from our own butcher Kitchen & Butcher. Handmade sausages, aged beef, yarra valley lamb with local produce and bush food influences.
