MOTHERS DAY ... NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF ... FURMSTON HOUSE

This May while we start to think of spoiling our mothers, here at the Healesville Hotel we are very
excited about two new developments!

We would like to welcome Tim Foster as Executive Chef to our group, he brings with him a wealth of experience and passion ... and is inspired by the amazing food, wine & suppliers that our Yarra Valley has to offer. He is ready to work with our team to do what we do even better ... and get his hands dirty in the Kitchen Garden!

Other very exciting news is that our fabulous accommodation Furmston House is looking fabulous and is ready for bookings. Set on the hill just behind the hotel the house has been fully renovated and beautifully decorated for six guests in three king-size bedrooms each with a luxurious ensuite! The living area and kitchen open onto a sunfilled decking all with views of autumn trees & mountains ... and just a few steps to the hotel & main street.
